Notes and Conditions of Entry

Entry is open to members of tennis clubs affiliated with Tennis West.
Play is round robin mixed doubles, graded into divisions based on Tennis Rankings.
Play commences at 9:00 AM. Competitors must report at least 30 minutes before play.
Rounds are expected to last about 25 minutes with five-minute changeovers and short deuce games.
Plexipave hardcourts and AO hardcourt balls will be used.
Lunch and all-day tea and coffee are included in the entry fee. A licensed bar will operate.
Players must be over 14 years old on the day of the event.
The Tournament Committee may alter, postpone or cancel play where required, including for inclement weather.
